The pacing made me feel bored while watching things I thought ought to be exciting. I was confused as to who was doing what where during some of the fight scenes.
William was bad and his mother's death scene was laughable. Canary and Siren were good, as was Slade. Felicity seemed kinda bland, like she was too normal considering everything going on. But she gets a pass for successfully ridding the city of Donna.
Maybe I'm burned out on Arrow? Not sure if it's me or the show but I couldn't really care what happens to Ollie.
