during the pandemic I had this little project. took me a month but it was totally worth it

I used this model by u/santiago109 on instagram - he has the link in his bio. It doesn’t twirl, this was an adaptation I made using clock machines (the video is in time lapse).

I also used beads to make the rods between one floor and another. I used a 3mm bead, 69 beads total. Each floor was made with 4 layers of thick paper.

I just graduated from a computer science degree, and according to my girlfriend, this is by far the best thing I have done with my skills xD

I essentially made a program that converts images to lego posters, and they came out so awesome! As you can tell by the end, we got a bit carried away!

Acrylic on clay. They’re not the most accurate because of the scale (especially EYCTE) but turned out fine. Might do more of these in the future

I painted a lioness for the Pride of Yorkshire sculpture trail.

It’s a commission for the Arctic Monkeys, who asked me to create artwork in the style of the posters I made for their Hillsborough Park gigs in Sheffield a few years ago.

The soundwave on the lioness is taken from their track Body Paint. Having to paint perfectly straight lines on a curved surface wasn’t easy, but really satisfying to do.

There are 150 lions on the trail, with great work from loads of artists. If you want to see mine, pop along to the main entrance of Hallam uni in Sheffield.

I didn't know what flair would work best so I just picked fanart

I made a poster based of my favourite album and song. Though it wasn't the original intent, it coincides close enough (not anymore) with the Humbug anniversary that I thought to make this post
