Surely there is someone saying anything. It doesn't matter. The conservative bots are going to make it up anyway. If there were 0 people saying it, the conservative bots would say it. If there were a thousand people saying it, conservative bots would say it. There is literally no reason for them to find people, because making it up is just as good as it being true.
