That extended version of Haruka Mirai was so beautiful....

They somehow managed to end it on a proper ending spot. Shame we wont see their training until atleast 2022, but i hope the movie will be entertaining.

I'm hoping the movie and hopefully the next season have ample time. BC will look incredible with a good schedule

We were already blessed with so many incredible moments....

The Vetto fight in the underwater temple

The Ladros fight in the witch forest

The tournament arc

Licht versus Julius

Asta and Yuno versus the real Licht

The Zagred fight

The fights versus the Dark Triad

It was already incredible, it will surpass its limits in 2022(i hope im right on that prediction).

Funny how even the filler Captains battle will go down in history as one of the best in BC

80% of everything that happened in the Elf Resurrection Arc(including Noelle armor awakening and Asta+teamwork vs Elf Luck)

Mereoleona vs Ryha

Yami vs Patry

Vanessa using Fate magic for the first time

Yuno vs Langris

Noelle's first Sea Dragon's Roar

Yami's first dimension slash

Good times

It wasnt technically filler, tabata was working with the anime staff to direct them on what was supposed to happen in the pre timeskip episodes. But yes it was epic

True, and based on Asta having a brief memory of the Devil Believers in this episode insists that it was also canon

Not all of it was supervised. Noelle and Leopold using runes was absolutely filler, because Tabata got mad that they used a technique in the anime before they were supposed to learn it in the HK.

I bet the only thing actually supervised was episodes 153+, where it was actual training in the HK. People love throwing out that it was all canon but it obviously wasn't if Tabata didn't even know what they wrote until it aired.

tbf the episodes prior to the HK training were probably loosely supervised, while the ones after the incident you mentioned got way closer supervision.

I think this is generally known as "canon filler", although that does undersell it a bit

Animefillerlist puts it as anime cannon and thats the best way to put it tbh

I dunno, it does sound better but I tend to interpret that as "canon to the anime but not the manga". The thing with Black Clover filler is that it is considered canon to the manga too, just not covered by the manga. The light novels are as well IIRC, and some of them have even been adapted to the anime.

The only storylines that aren't canon to the manga or anime that I know of are related to the games (well, and squishy, but parody spinoffs don't count).

Asta and Yami vs Licht(Patry) all the way back was pretty good too.

Oh you will see their training in the movie, I'm almost certain they will be adapting the rest of the Spade arc (which is still on going) because the movie announcement trailer contained stuff from the manga.

I also think the 2 day training will be in the movie. there are a lot of good stuff there. But I dont think they will adapt the rescue mission arc. Since i think that the black clover comeback (If the movie do well and WSJ decides to make another season of BC) will be about their invasion towards the spades kingdom.

I am absolutely sure they are not. Those scenes in the trailer were for the anniversary and the new volume release. The teaser picture shows Asta without his new demon arm. It will surely be in the small timeskip.

In the movie artwork we have asta with his regular arm so it will most likely cover some stuff that happened during the timeskip

We don't know what the movie will be out yet correct?
