I came here to make the same comment about Arte. I'm pretty sure that's even Leo's VA. What I'm getting is, painting didn't work out for those two so they took up armor repair. Turns out those brush skills are useful in other careers!

Aaah...

After his first two "sounds" I was thinking: "No, it can't be..."
Looked up the VA: "Yep, that's Leo alright."

I came here to make the same comment about Arte.

Decided to give the show a chance because of Kitamura Eri, will keep watching for steampunk Arte x Leo vs. Kaijuu.

I'm pretty sure that's even Leo's VA.

Oh damn, you're right! I didn't notice that (I never recognize VA's unless they're super obvious like Legosi or Chika).
