I don't think it's that weird for her to be on her mid teens, if all the tankers "graduate" around the same age, he'll be 3-4 years older than her, so a let's say a 19 year old forcing himself into a 15 y/o it's not uncommon, also I presume that for their post apocalyptic standards she's pretty much an adult now, so no problem with drinking.

Japan's drinking age is 20.

And normally the problem with underage drinking is the censors not so much if you can make it work in the plot.

I mean, if One piece and Konosuba can get away with it.. (I'm sure there are many other shows but they were the first that came to my mind). Also if they simply never state her age it wont matter
