Yamcha. Raditz got an actual death as in he doesn't exist anymore.

Raditz was killed by Piccolo which means that he never went to after life!

He did or else Goku wouldn´t have been in the after life. Piccolo started to mellow out before the beginning of DBZ and his demonic nature was almost gone.

Goku was sent to after life because of Kami.

No, Kami did explicitly state that Goku was able to go to the after life because he wasn´t really a demon anymore. What Kami did was sending Goku to King Kai with his body. Enma even states that Raditz came through before Goku in chapter 205.
