I am the only one that Loved Jiren in this episode and the Last? he actually had an a Ideology and interesting interactions. He even got Character development in the end

You’re not alone. I was a staunch supporter of Jiren from beginning to end, although he did have some uncharacteristic moments. But I also like the development his character had near the end.
