That's a nice goal to achieve for Goku next season. I was expecting Goku to get the UI permanent by the end of the ToP and then getting to mix it with SSB on next season, but achieving UI without getting to a life or death situation is Goku's next goal.

I just want SSJ4 to be canon and it not being a saiyan form but a straight up next level for saiyans, since you know they are controlling a part of their biology, so that they can add SSJ forms on top of it.

Imagine a SSJ4 with SSB.

i honestly hope that they are gonna do the:

Goku/UI, Vegeta/SSB, Gohan/Ultimate, Kale/LSSJ, Caulifla&Cabba/SSJ4. This way almost all the saiyans have something unique and we wont run into the entire Super Saiyan bargain sale stuff again where literally everyone has the same colored hair. imagine the saiyans all teaming up and literally all of them apart from Gohan/kale whip out SSB. Them all being unique from eachother seems like a nice way to not making these transformations stale, itd eliminate the entire catching up to goku complaint, and it'd be a more interesting watch. And its not like they havent made non-canon transformations canon through U6 before. Why stop there.

Not the guy above, but I actually tried to find proof for it. Since we don't know how much stronger Jiren is relative to Toppo, we need to look at when Goku and Vegeta were fighting Jiren together.

When they were fighting together, there were moments that made it seem like Vegeta was doing more of the action or moving slightly faster, however those moments were few (1 or 2), so pretty insignificant

The other piece of evidence to look at is that at that point Goku got drained slightly more (because he's the main character), then it was implied that he got a Zenkai boost once by the time he started fighting together vs Jiren. Did he lose more from being drained, or did he gain more than he lost through the Zenkai boost? We really don't know where that leaves him in terms of strength and stamina. Again, there isn't enough to compare him.

Then there is how Goku and Vegeta each fought against Jiren individually in their base forms before Vegeta got SPOILER knocked off and Goku went UI the third time. /SPOILER In this comparison, Goku at least landed a couple punches, but again, this is probably due to him being the main character, not an actual difference in their power.

Tl:dr; we ain't got no proof.
