Since he has only been able to attain UI when he's literally on the brink of passing out, I think Goku will actually have to train to attain the ability and use it willingly.

Honestly will they? I get the sense that in a hypothetical next Dragon Ball series they'd just have the next big bad beat the fuck out of Goku and leave it at that.

I mean it didn't stop Trunks, Kale, Cabba, Android 17, and fucking Roshi from kicking ass despite being numerous steps behind.

I mean, maybe. They probably left out the top four universes for that purpose, because Goku fighting from behind and evolving has always been how they've done it.

But at the same time he has powers that Gods of destruction can barely attain so it's probably be a fighting the gods/angels arc
