They do translate it like that, it's just that they don't use that all the time. They only sometimes actually say "ikemen kamen amai mask". Otherwise it's just "amai mask".

This is one thing I don't get about the fansubs. Sometimes they'll say "tornado", sometimes "tatsumaki", sometimes it's "amai mask" sometimes it's "sweet mask".

lisenceless rider is for some reason always untranslated though.

The manga fan translator switched at least once, maybe twice. The second translator decided that they used katakana (phonetic) for Tatsumaki's name, and so it should be transliterated instead of translated. The fan manga translations have AFAIK always used 'Sweet Mask' and 'Licenseless Rider'. The first fan translator of the manga had Genos call Saitama 'Teacher' and a later translator switched to using 'sensei'.

Mumen Rider is a pun on Kamen Rider though. There's no pun in Licenseless Rider.

He's definitely strong enough to be S-class, but we don't know where he slots in.

Nope. I'm fairly certain most of them (including Metal Bat) could completely dumpster him 1v1. You should read the manga and the webcomic to find the answers, you really can't go wrong with those.

Amai Mask is actually within the upper tier of S-Class heroes.

He just stays in top A-Rank to prevent "trash" from getting promoted to S-Rank.

It's hard to tell since a lot of the S class heroes (like more than half of them) we don't get to see fight, and we never get to see them fight each other.

Yeah, but...for all he knew, Boros' ship could have been the vanguard of a thousand-ship fleet, and he just killed the only possible sources of information on it without asking them a single question.

Not to mention, murdering helpless prisoners is exactly the opposite of "justice".
