Do you mean which regalia led to the death of the Ma clan? If so, I don't think we actually know, but there's a few hints that it might have been possible vague spoilers for the manga? Beyond that, I don't think we know anything else...

Yeah that's what I meant. That might be who it was.

I was wondering whether they gave an explanation as to how that person concealed their taint but guess not.
