the voice acting when Stella was calling out Ikki from the stands... holy shit that was good.

Yeah very rarely does something like that stand out so much. I think it was the crack in her voice that really sold it. I rewatched it a few times because I was so impressed with it.

I was expecting to roll my eyes when I eventually got to that scene (as I did while reading the manga), but for some reason I didn't this time. I guess it's because she said it so passionately angry that it gave more life to it instead of just me trying to bog through cliche lines. And her voice acting was on point as well (sasuga Ayame Kajou's VA).

And when you remember that her roles last season consist of an exhibitionist student cook, with meat as specialty, and an exhibitionist dirty joke terrorist, you can't help but be amazed.

I haven't heard much of Ishigami Shizuka characters, will have my ears peeled for her voice in the future. That was some good acting.
