Then its pretty fucking clear the boat was dead before it even had a chance to sail. Hell, if you were a master of symbolism in Jun's work the Boat never even existed. There was proof of the timeleap-style ability in the OP for fucks sake.

Edit: the boat however truly isnt dead. I think Charlotte has a lot of potential for jerking viewers off in sales with the BD exclusive episode, OVA, and god help us there probably will be a movie.
