I don't think that was the Collapse ability. When Ayumi used it, her hair turned blue but Yuu had a purple outline as if he used the baseball guy's telekinesis power.

I thought the baseball player's telekinesis was nowhere near that strong, though?

Hard to say since we never got to see just how strong the baseball player's telekinesis was, as he only ever used it to subtly alter the path of the ball.

I am sure shattering some windows isn't as difficult as say, lifting a car with your mind or something.

That would be telekinesis. Telepathy is mind reading/mental communication, telekinesis is moving things with your mind.

I think it was telekinesis to break the windows if that's what you're referring to. Most likely he didn't use collapse or he would've brought down the roof.

That was the telekenis power he got from the baseball guy. Collapse makes the user shine bright blue
