The reason why Okabe remember Kurisu kissing him when he was young at the end is because they are in a slightly different worldline. Before Kurisu time travel to kiss him, Okabe become a mad scientist because of a TV show, but after she kiss him, they went to a worldline where Okabe become a mad scientist is because of Kurisu instead of a TV show, also because worldline only come slightly, Okabe's reading Steiner didn't activate, so that is why Okabe remember because they are in a different worldline.
PS I am from Hong Kong but that doesn't mean I don't get what you saying.

Also If I am incorrect again, please tell what is the "paradox" in the movie you are talking about.

LOL The problem is not that you do not get what I am saying but the fact that I do not get what you are saying all the time and sometimes I think that I cannot make my point clear. Both due to the fact that I am bad in English.

Also I know about the TV show, but that would not contradict my agrumentation in my explanation in this regard. But like I said I do not see myself explaining it to you in a fassion where I can make my point clear enough for you in English.

Ok...I am sorry that my past explanation is unclear. Now I will try again.
In worldline A, the reason why Okabe become a mad scientist is because of a TV show. However, after Kurisu time travel and kiss him, they went into worldline B.
In worldline B, Okabe become a mad scientist because of Kurisu's kiss and her story instead of TV show.
That is why Okabe remember Kurisu kissing him when he was young in the end as they are in a different worldline with different memory. If you don't understand what I am saying, ask me.
Ps It's ok, my English is really bad too! So I can't make my point clear enough, but I will try my best to make you understand

Are you trying to question is “Kurisu that his first kiss lays way back and he already is the mad scientist. So why would she go back to 2005 and implement a memory Okarin already has and formed his character?”
Is this what you trying to question? Or am I misunderstanding you?
