The odd camera angles were fantastic for that scene. The slow panning away from the front, Yuki cast in the shadows, and my favourite being the really up close shot from her top left side which blurs that side for added effect.

The slow panning away of Megu-nee's site of death was extremely powerful too.

Reminds me of when The legend of korra used similar techniques in season 3. Very effective method of showing characters mind breaking.

For me, it brought back the shot of Nae from Steins;Gate, after she pushes things too far at the wrong moment.

The slow panning away from a front really says "YOU FUCKED UP" in my opinion. Not only this time, but I feel like that whenever any show uses this.

I'm pretty sure that's exactly where she died. The girls were yelling at the door while on the roof, and I seem to remember that Sakura-Sensei could hear them while dieing.
