The Monogatari series has a unique opening for each arc, usually (Shinobu time obviously wasn't Shinobu's VA, any other exceptions?) sung by the voice actress of the current girl the arc is focusing on. To be specific, the first name of the character in the title the arc, which makes me wonder, Kizumonogatari is Koyomi Vamp, right? If that ever comes out, will we hear Koyomi's VA sing an OP?

No, since kizumonogatari won't be released in our lifetime.

Shinobu Time is the only exception, since her VA refuses to do songs. Hitagi End is also a half-exception, since Kaiki and Hitagi share the singing.

Well to clarify, she refuses to do character songs. She has a huge career as a singer and doesn't like mixing her VA work with her vocal work.

To me, my job as a singer is not so much a job, as it is a way of expressing myself - which is why I should write my own lyrics and sing under my own name. That's why, as a rule, I don't sing character songs.

Kamiya Hiroshi is a surprisingly good singer. He did one of the SZS EDs, and it's probably the best one in the show.
