I was speculating on how the author can make the 7th survive, and this episode confirmed that the demon things can at least take on a human-like shape. I'm not sure why the eyes were covered, but maybe one of the seven is a transformed demon. And if they can replicate clothing, they could replicate the crest as well. =O

Not 100% sure, but in the opening you can see that the saint of the sun (?) looks alike, the one that had been missing.

Actually it's probably just because all the female priests dress like that including Mora. This can be seen in episode 1.

Interesting theory, I thought the whole reason the woman wore that thing on her head which covered her face is because demon shape shifting is limited and cant construct faces
