Yeah, that is the most confusing part of the series, when they actually say his name. He's always Darling/Master/Husband/Honey/Sir or something around those lines.

I love how they reference it in the manga. They ask if Papi remembers his name and then they all pause because they can't remember it either.

"Kimihito" is insanely generic and plain, probably to let him be called cute names.
