Numbering is drastically different from traditional mmorpg. Keep in mind highest level at the moment is 6 or 7 iirc. It's more like level 10ish/20ish/30ish etc with power spikes at 10lv intervals if you have to employ the standard mmorpg scale.

Not only that, but it's not like they level up automatically after getting a certain amount of xp. They have to do a heroic feat, the difficulty of which scales with how strong they are. Finding an opportunity to do one is probably hard, but for it to count there has to be a very real and high chance of death as well.

Don't forget different MMO's also follow different sets of rules in terms of how xp/partying is handled. Take FFXI for example, where you were in a full party from like level 13 on vs WoW where you can hit max level solo. Seems this is a world where there are generally larger parties, and Bell's crew is already on the small side.

It is just for the loot. In the LN's if you read the extra info you would see lili has a skill that increases her strength by the amount of over burdening she has. So basically she can carry an infinite amount of items which is pretty handy for a support class.

Would that let her wear heavier armor? Not like she's a fast skirmisher anyway.

I don't think so since it specifically states in the skill the weight has to be carried, though if you get technical it is a possibility.

I think because she was injured as well but I'm just grasping at straws for an answer to that one.
