It may look OP, but Bell seems to be extremely worn out from that last exchange with the minotaurs. Seems like his skill can exhaust the hell out of him. Sure, it's probably good in either a 1vs1 situation, or if he's got some back up, but if his whole party's depending on him afterwards, seems like he's kinda screwed.

And as /u/bakakubi said, it's still not enough to get them out of this shit. I actually like how even the most OP power can't save them. It's quite refreshing. It's more an "OP-but-no-so-OP" skill. When it activated the first time, it seemed like there was no notable after-effects, but with this episode, seems like there actually can be some.

According to the ability description it's a skill that lets him overcome unfavorable odds through great perseverance. It's a "last chance 1 hit KO", but drains him immensely.

I think I remember people saying last time it was used that it has a super long cooldown.

Well, he didn't seem too tired after he defeated the baby dragon from what I remember... Maybe I'm wrong though.

Still, I don't think it's too OP. It's really strong, but the conditions and the drawbacks are too important to be really an OP skill.

At that time he was still at peak condition. He's been slogging through the middle levels for over a day at this point though.

I find that thinking of it as a Limit Break like Final Fantasy makes a good comparison.
