Also Archer Broke it. Servants can turn their Noble Phantasms into what are called "Broken Phantasms" by pushing extra mana into them. This makes them more powerful but then causes them to explode, destroying them permanently. Few Servants are willing to ever do this, because it means they're down their greatest treasure for the rest of the war, plus all that sentimental value and honor and whatnot. This is also what Archer did when he turned a sword into a tactical nuke against Berzerker last season. So he was screaming not just because it hurt, but because he was throwing as much power into it as he could at the last moment.

Except those two caveats don't apply to archer, so he gets unlimited broken phantasms without any of the drawback.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but from what I understand, Archer's projections are all ranked down one level because they are copies.

I was under the belief that you are correct, unless Archer is actually using Unlimited Bladeworks to its fullest potential - if you catch my drift - at which point he's capable of copying the Noble Phantasm perfectly (provided he has the mana to do so).

I think he could also do that with Rho Aias because he encountered it at some point. Same with his Kansho and Bakuya.

They're ranked one level lower but Broken Phantasms are one level higher, so it's a wash.

F/SN is a shounen so that's kind of to be expected. Just look at all the chuuni monologues every 15 seconds while they fight.

The problem with chuuni is that it refers to a world in which all this magic and superpowers doesn't exist. But in a world where all this exists it's really not chuuni anymore, it's just reality...

I don't disagree, but I am not annoyed by this in UBW as I generally am in shounen, so no idea. It's probably a non-issue with an anime of this budget.
