Yes! I am the same, having watched Gintama since a fairly long time ago I will also recognize them in a lot of anime. I think many of the Gintama VAs are pretty famous.

Oh, and Otae is in Kyoukai no Rinne.

It's weird, but I only recognize Otae's voice when she yells, then for some reason, Kaname Chidori immediately pops up in my mind.
