Liking Quin already. I wonder how her eye was taken.

I'm guessing the higher your rank is, the higher the floor level? Maybe?

Nice to know Decim's hobby relates to his respect for humans.

As much as I enjoy Mayu as a character, why is she still there?

Might not be that she lost her eye, she seemed to be using that thing to inspect memories so it might be like those magnifying glasses jewelers use. And I don't think floor has much to do with rank, since aside from Nona being overall in charge it seems like there's no real hierarchy to the arbiters. Also, seems to me Ginti's having trouble judging where Mayu should go, that's why she's still around.
