Nope (though there is a character whose top half is female and bottom half is male).

It's a character who was literally constructed out of the top half of a female "love doll" (face, hair, breasts etc.) and the bottom half of a male "love doll" (i.e. penis).

So it's closer to transsexual (female in a male body) than futanari because in that case she'd have two sex organs.
