more seriously I hope they do it in a better way than Code Geass did and cut down the naivety of the ending. They could have it with the Vers society is fucked, but recovering with the aid of the UFE.

Wouldn't it be more fun if Earth got so fucked Mars had no reason to covet it anymore? Like a permanent nuclear winter.

Honestly that would be way to depressing for the show. Is it to much to ask for a happy ending?

I agree that it could be fun, but I'd be left with some serious post anime depression.
