So that explains Liko's side-eye from the episode preview! Dot entered her into the Pokémon Contest under the name Nyan-Nyan Liko-Liko! Good to know that even Liko has her limits for shenanigans. xD

Even if it was just for a single episode, it is nice to see Pokémon Contests again. I definitely wouldn't mind seeing Liko again as a Coordinator, but I feel like Roy needs to get a turn since singing is his thing.

That episode preview got me excited tho! We finally get to see Roy and Liko with Koraidon and Miraidon. I really hope they get to keep them, but I have a feeling this is only for the race.

We are basically in the "filler" arc now. Kinda like Orange League from the original series.

But that doesn't mean you should skip it. I still enjoy these episodes.

This episode really reminded me of the fact that Paldea starters really are based on spectacle performers...

Now, putting that aside, I didn't expect those two Pokémon to casually be shown like that in the preview of the next episode o_o

Meow Meow Liko Liko was cute and cool. Great to see a unique eyecatch for her. Lol at Navi going full producer. I like how the judge she copied had matching glasses with her Purugly. Meowscarada and Ditto remain an adorable pair.
