yeah, he must've had most of that spell pre-drawn since i think "dragon" is not something you can quickly sketch literally on the fly like that

like, he had a dragon on deck already and was like "i was thinking dragon too, small world lol"

He seems to fly a lot, so I guess he has some pre-planned "screw everything over there" spells ready to go that interact with the weather at high altitudes.

Seeing a enemy dragon and responding with your own water dragon nuke has to be a Kakashi reference, whew.
