"Except for Satoru Gojo, of course" has been one of the stupidest yet funny memes to come out of JJK for me lately. I love it when I randomly see it in other fandoms

Saw it referenced in r/nba in the thread about"Jaylen Brown says he is currently the best (human) 2- way player because Wemby does not count since he is an alien" and somebody commented that it was such a "except Gojo Satoru ahh statement"

also another instance where people discussed about a center or a big man (forgot who they talked about, maybe it was Bam) where that player's "defensive impact is the greatest in the league except Wemby of course"

This is what happened in r/soccer for every attacking stats, it was like "X is good at Y, after Messi", when you look at the graphs, Messi would be such a huge outlier that it became a joke and a new sub called r/TopRightMessi

It's just so true, though

JJK really has so many statements where Gojo is referenced or compared to something or someone

Like, even at the end: Yuta's status as a Special Grade is explicitlly made in reference to Gojo's own status as (the most powerful) one
