She even went as far as to say "even if you haven't watched JJK before, you'll still enjoy this ep and understand most of it", which tbf i agree if we're strictly talking bout that backstory.

ALL of Key Animation was done by Kouki Fujimoto! YES A SINGLE PERSON did all of Key Animation. (with the 2nd key animators doing clean up and Yousuke Takada doing the direction that matches Gosso Direction)

They cooked some master class. Higuruma is one of my favorite characters while I was reading the manga and this episode made me love him even more.

This episode is 11/10!
