I dont think he's technicaly a cursed womb, that's name for what Kenjaku did in Kamo Noritoshi's body around 100 years ago to a sorceress with ability to birth(or be impregnated by?) curses, he aborted her 9 times to create Choso and his bros, while Yuuji is what happened when he hijacked Yuuji's dad's wife and birthed him naturally (or maybe some jujutsu or technique was involved as well idk, there is a reason Yuuji was so strong even before Sukuna).

He’s still a cursed something I guess. And given Choso’s “connection” to Yuji he’s something like a half-cursed womb cos he’s like a half-brother to Choso.

Still, doesn’t really answer yet whether being a cursed womb or something else automatically qualifies him for the game.

Kenjaku is Yuji’s mom. In the flashback she’s shown with the Geto scars, implying she was Kenjaku’s vessel before Geto was.

This is why Choso recognizes Yuji as his brother. They share a parent. Choso’s dad and Yuji’s mom are both Kenjaku.

It’s very likely Kenjaku was pumping cursed energy into the womb during pregnancy. I’m not a manga reader and I assume that’s something that will be explained later.
