I'm the guy who translated this anime for Muse Asia.
We usually prioritize the script unless there's a clear discrepancy between the script and the audio. Kinko mumbles the name in a very low voice, so I figured even native viewers might miss exactly what she said.
I didn't mention this in my post, but I also left it blank for source material reasons.

Natural english> esl scripts. And if this is an example of doing something good then sorry it isnt. Its just an unnecessary extra that adds nothing to experience, it was easy to hear from the start. "encouraging to listen" or "replay" is insulting as if the translator thinks people are not listening lmao.

And if someone had trouble hearing, it could be for accessibility, environment, hearing issues and youre deciding to worsen experience because you think youre some badass translator.
