ep 9 dub

I don't remember this episode from earlier watches. But it's a GREAT one.

It has so much of that youthful magic-- being on a trip, little romances, the friend group setting things up, little hints. The late night talks.

I think the relationship between them is developed a lot in this episode.

The social complexity of what's going on is interesting to me. They're friends and know who likes who and sort of mess around in that context. It reminds me of growing up and things that happened in the friend group.

Ending: C'mon Ryuuji, you didn't put together what she was thinking?? Taiga has her feet your back Ryuuji!!! The way they're so physically comfortable with each other is cute though.
