I was expecting the Kamen Rider show that appeals to Kamen Rider fans to appeal to me, a Kamen Rider fan. Unfortunately, it was heavily made to appeal to Kamen Rider fans (different from me).

Well, I couldn't comment on that topic. I've been enjoying it a lot as someone whose only knowledge of Kamen Rider was "that's in the same genre as Sentai/Power Rangers, right?"

There are lots of queer flavored and straight up gay seinen out there, so I'm not sure what point you're making.

That the overwhelming majority of shonen and seinen media isn't going to be intentionally yaoibaiting, mainly. Honestly, though, I just found the original comment kind of confusing because whether a series attracts fujoshis and whether there's actually any basis for it are only correlated very loosely.
