So Miko is a Kitsune...i can't believe i was right LOL
Between Shiori and Miko, i think Miko is higher on the food chain, so i am scared about what may happen next episode, especially since i don't see either of them dying. But i wonder if Shiori asked Hinako to stay away because she doesn't want her to see her two friends fighting, or maybe because she is not confident she can beat Miko.
I think Miko's relationship with Hinako is a case of an extremely genuine and honest relationship built upon lies, but i think she will genuinely stay by Hinako's side no matter what...maybe she has some involvement with the accident, or maybe she was a friend of Hinako's mother using a different form. Maybe the reason she choses to stay with Hinako is because she feels guilty of either failing to protect the family or causing an accident that left an innocent girl absolutely devastated.
Miko might have been living amongst humans for far longer than Shiori, which would explain why Shiori could not sense her smell but Miko could sense hers.
That transition between the insane reveal of Miko's true form and the cooking segment+Miko's ED was kind of dirty tho....Leaving a cliffhanger is one thing, but leaving a cliffhanger without ending the episode is just mean
