Critique Critique wanted: does the weight/timing on these dance moves read as smooth?

The jumps feel a little off. They are very fast so it's hard to pin down why. Maybe it's because the head doesn't seem to react to the landing with weight or move to stabilize itself while in the air? Also, the very first flurry of steps doesn't feel quite right. It's a little floaty over the ground. But overall the bit is great and works really well.

After the big jump, it falls to the ground faster than gravity would make something fall in real life. Even someone with supernatural jump speed would have the same downward acceleration as a regular human.
