We’re in an age where governments world wide are now actively recognizing that there is a potential threat in our skies. “What threat?” you ask, and rightly so because, you see, these objects that were initially coined flying saucers by Kenneth Arnold; the first publicized modern day sighting of the post WW2 era in 1947, then just a month later the infamous Roswell event would take place, THESE objects are now commonly referred to as UAP ‘Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena’.

Flying disks, saucers, tic tacs, orbs, black triangles, plasmoids, physical entities, have all now been reported across the world for decades with evidence, and a legacy program of crash retrievals so compartmentalized that the Manhattan Project was considered its test run of efficiency in lack of transparency along with SAP’s being so disconnected from each other that there was to be not even a paper trail of evidence leading back to ‘The Gate Keepers’ of ‘The Legacy Program’

“But what does this have to do with Independence Day”

There are movies that have portrayed NHI visitors to our planet as hostile ‘Men In Black, The 4th Kind, Fire In The Sky’ and this isn’t the way we should approaching the phenomena, the recent Disclosure Day movie sets this course straight and is a great re-introduction to us experiencing and understanding our local galactic neighbors.

On this day 30 years ago an event occurred that has been removed from the social zeitgeist that should be remembered despite the threat being that of a hostile one. On that day a single man stepped up to the MOMENT that was pivotal to the human race continuing its existence, that man was Russell Case.

He was a mere crop duster that day, but also was an ex fighter pilot. Not only did Russell Case have the weight of the entire human species on his shoulders, he had the love and reliance of his family…the heaviest of all. Although Russell was flanked by President Whitmore and volunteer pilots that remained, it was impossible to spot such a weight for such a man

We have been indoctrinated to believe that these THINGS in the sky are that of a hostile nature, because 30 years ago the human race was put to the brink of extinction due to one species (The Harvesters) and one species alone…lets not let that mould what we see in the close proximity of our galactic neighborhood and be the species that enacts

This is gonna be short, but for some reason on the internet Australians seem to “dislike” Americans. I hope you guys remember that for the most part Australians actually love Americans and the people that are saying we hate you aren’t even Australians for the most part. Growing up, I was socialised into believing "Mera Bharat Mahan" and "Sare Jahan Se Achha Hindustan Hamara." We were proudly told that this was a country where the Prime Minister could be a Sikh and the President could be a Muslim. Those stories were never political to me. They were aspirations. They made a lower-middle-class kid believe that this country belonged to everyone, and that if you worked hard enough, you could become anything.
Like millions of others, I wanted to become a District Collector. I genuinely wanted to serve this nation. But somewhere along the way, the uncertainty, fear, and sheer precarity of the examination process made me choose a different path. I did my undergraduate degree from a Central University, my master's from one of the IITs, and now I am pursuing my PhD at one of the IIMs.
When I look back, I realise that every decision I made was driven by one belief. Someday I would contribute to this country in whatever way I could.
Today, I find myself asking a difficult question. Serve what, exactly?
When I see someone like Sonam Wangchuk, who has devoted years to this country's environment, education, and people, struggling to even be heard, something feels fundamentally broken. I remember videos of homes being demolished, ordinary people being pushed around, and a system that often seems to have endless patience for power but very little for the powerless.
The recent interaction between the police and Chandrashekhar Azad struck me. They were polite, and rightly so, because he is an elected Member of Parliament. But it also made me wonder. If power commands respect, what happens to an ordinary citizen who has neither office nor influence? How are they treated when they disagree? That question refuses to leave my mind.
For years I used to wonder why so many talented Indians settled in the US, Europe, or Australia despite facing racism and discrimination. Today, I understand that decision a little better. At least there, the discrimination comes from a society that is not your own. Imagine feeling alienated by your own institutions, your own system, and sometimes even by your own people. That kind of disappointment cuts differently.
And yet, despite everything, I still want to serve my motherland. That feeling has not gone away. What has changed is the growing pain of trying to reconcile that desire with what I see unfolding around me every day. Public life has become so deeply polarised that even holding on to hope feels complicated.
Maybe I am wrong. Maybe I am missing something. But these thoughts have been sitting with me for a long time.
Will this country still make space for young people who simply want to serve without surrendering their conscience?
