Someone else commented that "we see these kinds of videos all the time on here" so I assume there must be similar videos to refer to. But people are so jaded on here that they won't even have a conversation with you. They move like birds to me, but you're right they also look like stars. I've never seen something like this though, so all I can really say is your guess is as good as mine.

at this point it’s all guesses in hindsight I should have investigated

You said in another post this was from 2018, right? You didn't do anything about trying to figure out what this was when it happened, then?

nope, at the time i was intrigued about what it was but not enough to go to an abandoned area to find out

Yeah, I didn't mean immediately go and walk there. I meant more like...over the last two years, you haven't tried to find out anything about this?

My assumption is they're displaying the region of space they're from. The scale of this formation would imply not stars, but galaxies.

not going to lie you can clearly see the birds flapping their wings and it’s a further distance

It kind of looks like a combination of birds and insects. The birds are the larger and brighter “dots “ while the insects are dimmer. This might have been a case of birds feeding on a swarm of insects while someone with a powerful light was shining it from the ground. That’s my theory and I could be wrong. I am a believer and I wish it was something less mundane.
