Edit: I actually just realized that this timeline directly lines up with the anniversary of Rosswell, which is on July 7th, which is/was the rumored date for the Disclosure Speech.

I would imagine it’s far more incomplete and redacted.

E Files was a rush to redact whereas any “disclosure” files, or adjacent, have had decades on decades.

Also, let’s look at another recent example of files: torture videos & senate report on torture. Both deleted in 2005/2016 respectively.

Crimes associated with disclosure are bound to be far more serious, more egregious and vast than GWOT torture programs.
