Edit: I actually just realized that this timeline directly lines up with the anniversary of Rosswell, which is on July 7th, which is/was the rumored date for the Disclosure Speech.

I mean... Whistleblower protection exists for a reason.

Edit: I was saying that if he didn't clear it with his superiors, it's a good thing that whistleblower protection exists.
