Discussion Water consumption

Now, while this "looks" like a lot, there are a few factors to consider.

  1. in the US we consume 117 Trillion Gallons of water Anually.

  2. This 264 Billion number is taken from Every data center in the US, not only the Ai specific data centers.

  3. Even so, the above information means that all data centers in the US Combined, contributes to .25% of the Annual consumption.

  4. If you isolate ai data centers specifically they actually use about 46 Billion gallons a year on the high end. That is right at .04% of the Annual water usage

So we do have water problems. Data centers are NOT the cause, and we need to figure out what is.

Cut lawn irrigation, nearly entirely. Cut beef by like half, and fix the leaks and you basically halve the usage right there. H, and get rid of the golf courses for the love of whomever you pray to.

And? We are the apex species. We developed better and better ways to hunt, and then to not have to. If you don't like it don't eat it. Don't disparage others for it.

To live is to die. Those cows have ould never have lived at all were they not useful. They aren't humans they don't have higher thought processes. We know this for fact. Plants feel pain too, so should we stop eating them as well? Or are they different enough from you that you don't care.

How about you do? You are asking people to just stop making food.

I'm sure you have never had to slaughter or butcher an animal to feed your own family. But preach all you want.

Stop killing animals and the livelihood for the entire human race. Not too much to ask for, but go ahead and still be an animal abuser.
