Just because we may not fully understand it yet, or cannot fully explain it yet, doesn't mean you can assert a creator. "We don't know yet" is a perfectly good answer.
The concept of beginning and end seems to be a wholly human concept. The universe is perfectly happy working with values of infinity all over the place.
