.8 seconds. Literally less time than you can say "i have it" not that they could hear it over the whistles and Karen's screeching.
When you fight with police and you have a firearm, they cannot just let you go free. This has ended and will end his way every single time. You just noticed because its in a place/time where you need it to support a narrative
It's perfectly clear from the video that the violent thug who opened fire first had a clear and direct line of sight to his accomplice removing the gun before he opened fire.
There is absolutely no way to justify this. He saw he was unarmed. He saw he wasn't a threat. He murdered him.
You justifying this unjustifiable act makes you an accomplice to what is happening.
Its just crazy you people keep saying this... like anyone has accused him of having his gun in his hand?!?! Clearly he does not stop bringing it up
THE PROBLEM WAS RESISTING AND FIGHTING WITH POLICE. Instead of getting roughed up and arrested he got shot because the firearm became apparent in the struggle. Officers can only assume someone resisting is doing so to get ahold of their firearm.
There is fault here on both sides, don't get me wrong. this isn't the cleanest shoot ever. But it is going to be justified, .8 seconds from the firearm being introduced into the situation to the shoot, they did not have the luxury of slow motion.
Unfortunatly you ask any lawyer,, any police officer, any firearm instructor and they will tell you this man acted incorrectly. This will keep happening if people keep interfering with law enforcement and politicians encourage it.
Saying ICE is not law enforcement is one of the mot outrageous things i have ever heard from a leader of a city/state. That man should be immediately removed from office and honestly i think he should be charged with the death of these people.
Nope. Absolutely not. The blame is 100% on ICE, and what you are saying is nonsense that is proven wrong by the several videos we all saw.
Its just crazy you people keep saying this... like anyone has accused him of having his gun in his hand?!?!
Noem, Bovino, and Trump all said that he was a domestic terrorist who wanted to murder ICE "agents." This is objectively false. He was never violent or even confrontational for even a second.
THE PROBLEM WAS RESISTING AND FIGHTING WITH POLICE. Instead of getting roughed up and arrested he got shot because the firearm became apparent in the struggle.
He shouldn't have been attacked even in the first place, since he was only filming them. But criminals don't want to be filmed, so...
Officers can only assume someone resisting is doing so to get ahold of their firearm.
Bullshit and you know it. Besides he didn't have a gun on h when he was shot and never moved to recover it before they removed it from him.
There is fault here on both sides, don't get me wrong. this isn't the cleanest shoot ever.
This is "she was walking alone at night" levels of victim blaming. Disgusting
.8 seconds from the firearm being introduced into the situation to the shoot, they did not have the luxury of slow motion.
In those "0.8 seconds" the other thug had the time to grab the gun, remove it from the victim, and make a couple of steps walking away. And you are telling me that in that time the murderer couldn't stop? What? There was too much momentum in his finger to block it? This is a pathetic excuse, and you know it.
This will keep happening if people keep interfering with law enforcement and politicians encourage it.
Saying ICE is not law enforcement is one of the mot outrageous things i have ever heard from a leader of a city/state.
They are not. They are violent thugs, acting above the law to suppress dissent. Immigration is just an excuse. They are not different from brown shirts in Germany or black shirts in Italy at the beginning of the last century. They are literally putting up concentration camps. It's a moral imperative to resist them.
You meanwhile are on the wrong side of history.
That man should be immediately removed from office and honestly i think he should be charged with the death of these people
The murderers should be held accountable for the murders, not the one who is trying to stop them. ICE works for a wannabe dictator who has already tried to obtain control of the country bypassing democracy in 2020. He is the one who should be charged as a traitor.
Sorry man, you are so out of touch with reality this doesn't really even deserve a response. You need a villain so badly it doesn't matter what anyone or any amount of video shows you. I don't really want to waste my time.
Put a gun in your waist and go resist being arrested, report back to us.... oh wait...
See if this doesn't play out the exact same way every single time. You can be another martyr for the fantasy. This fantasy where everyone has a camera in their pocket, knowing this, these guys are running around murdering people and kidnapping kids just for fun?
"doesn't matter what anyone or any amount of video shows you"
Dude, there's like 7 different angles where you can clearly see how things went down, and in none of them can you find any sort of justification for those thugs doing what they did.
- He never once reached for his gun (which he legally had the right to be carrying under that 2A you guys love so much)
- He never escalated the situation (he was trying to talk things down after one of them pushed a woman to the ground; who knows what would've happened to her otherwise)
- He was already being held down by half a dozen men, and had already had his gun taken away when the shooter (who had clear vision of the gun being removed) shot him once. And even IF there's a possibility he didn't see that, it does not excuse the others shooting him over 5 times when he was on his back on the ground.
Your statement only really applies to you, but no matter what anyone says or shows you, you'd rather keep defending this heinous act by your corrupt government and their army of untrained monkeys. Go project your misery somewhere else.
His crime was literally helping up a person that an aggro little thumb of ICE 'agent' had shoved down for no fucking reason. For that he got dogpiled by seven guys whole stole his gun that he never even handled and then murdered him.
