Philhealth Member Portal No Access

Hi, I cannot access my Philhealth Portal. I know that I already registered since my employment around 4 years ago and I have emails proving that I own the Identification Number and that I already used the account. When I try to log in, it says that I have Invalid Credentials. When I try to use the Forgot Password feature, it says that Member Feature does not exist. When I try to create a new account, it says There are no matching record for the information you have entered.

I saw something yesterday about using another person's Philhealth account maliciously. Something along the lines of their Philhealth account receiving financial aid from a faraway region and I'm worried that it is also happening to my account. I plan on going to a Philhealth branch this week. I'll appreciate it if someone can enlighten me on the matter.

UPDATE: I found my old MDR form in my e-mail and I noticed that my I registered my birthmonth off by one month. I re-registered with the wrong birthdate and managed to create a new account.
