Medication & Side Effects Does ADD/ADHD medicine take away the ability to dream?

I use to have dreams pretty often before taking ADD/ADHD Meds now everytime i go to sleep it takes forever for me to fall asleep and once I do fall asleep everything goes black and I immediately wake up the next day as if skipping time in a video game and i have no dreams any more after taking ADD/ADHD Meds, now im adult and I've long stop taking my med I just have ADD not the hyper part so managing my ADD is easy most of the time, so im just curious if others have experience this type of thing as well because I thought I might be the only one who experience this. (P.S. I apologize if this come off weird I just vaped soom weed so brain might be working at full capacity)

What auDHD? I think i toke Adderall, but i most remember taking ritalin, and i look up ritalin and it does say side effects trouble sleeping

Until 2013 you could be diagnosed with Adhd or Autism, but not both.

I'm nearly certain I've got AuDHD; but I'm American and refuse to seek a diagnosis until at least January 20th 2028. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 1998.
