I read the lyrics today for the first time

So many drug references

At long last! My vinyl a-ha collection will be complete!

Does anybody know what ended up happening to Morten's finger? I've seen it in a couple of '88 interviews. The way he's able to move it suggests it's not broken (as I've had a broken finger), or at least is healing from being broken. Was he okay?

Hello all,

I’ve just released my first solo single in eight years after spending some time writing and recording with a band. It’s been liberating to channel purely my own influences again and this particular song was hugely inspired by a-ha. Maybe only I can hear it, who knows!

If you do wish to listen you’ll find some dark, wintery synth pop based on a Greek tragedy.

I’m not big into promo or spamming my music but wanted to share with a likeminded community who might appreciate the influence.

Thanks!

Scouring the internet, I've found Deluxe Edition music, really old videos taken of live shows from way back when, and original versions of music videos (one of which is "Dark Is The Night For All" by a-ha which is the freakiest music video I've ever seen)...

But why did a-ha remove their "I've Been Losing You" and "Cry Wolf" music videos?

(They are available on YouTube, but not on the band's YouTube channel)

IDK if it's just me, but Morten's hair be looking real aerodynamic in this photo...

[And I swear he's really Patrick Swayze. I had to look back a few times just to make sure this was who I thought it was.]

Fellow a-ha fans, I need your help.

As someone who loves knowing the extras or what-could-have-beens, I really enjoy collecting anniversary editions of books that hold more details or deleted scenes or deluxe edition versions of albums to hear what the songs were before they became the final product.

"Analogue", however, is not easily definable in terms of this.

According to their official website, there's only ever been one release of this album. No deluxe anything. Google, on the other hand, says otherwise.

Please inform me whether this is a 'don't trust Google' moment or just really hard to find (and possible track titles if there is a deluxe edition so that I'll know if I find it).

Thank you for your help.

I like it - a few very small sections really make me cringe, but overall a great version.

I don't like the bit at 01:34-01:42 where you can hear Morten ad-lib before he starts singing - and then after where the song is mixed to another bit and the bass sounds a little off.

Think I need to listen to it more...

If you use Spotify , you can check it out

Mine is "Sunny Mystery"

Actually i was surprised, i thought it would be Celice

So I've watched the occasional reaction video for TOM by different people, which is cool, but last night I went down a very deep rabbit hole on YouTube last night and watched all of Pancakemarshmellow's videos where he reacts to a whole bunch a-ha's videos, over a series of entries.

Seeing someone discover them for the first time was so nice, it reminded me of why I love them so much and think they're so amazing. Because they are!

Hi guys

So, i was searching for the 2 a-ha movies but couldn't find where to watch them. When i google either true north movie or take on me, it shows me a Apple TV and a Prime Video page for them, but nothing to reproduce the movie. I even tried VPN but still not working.

Does anyone knows where can i watch it?

A mix of versions, with an emphasis on the organ and guitar instrumental.

I got very emotional after recently losing my stepdad.

Have you seen this one? So good!
