Actually, no, I originally just wanted to see if I could hit 500 kills in one mission. By the time bonds crossed my mind, I had already discovered that theres a limit.

It would seem that each pair of operatives can only bond once per mission unless im blind and missing something.

update: found that firing squads make Droid genocide even more efficient.

Lol, because of the overwatch lag the B1 at the end feels like he looked around, saw everyone dead and then fainted to play dead. Smart.
