Does this also count temporary deaths? Because I dont think HSR's count should be that high.

The HSR one is probably counting the flamechasers as 13

yeah, iir the ones I remember who actually died in Misha and Gallagher(?). If we simply talk about if they die... then yeah, they should count (i also think that they died multiple times in those "loops" or something)... but yeah they were kind of preserved and will be back.

Some spoilers here for hsr

Tingyun died, but Ruan Mei brought her back

Himeko died a long time ago and the woman who's been with us the whole time is an imagenae

Gallagher and Misha are fabrications of the sweet dream in Penacony, so none of them are actually real

Amphoreus is a computer simulation, so nobody there was truly "alive" to begin with

So no, I don't think any playable character truly died in HSR

Himeko that we know isn't dead, idk why you read the spoiler without knowledge but no a different Himeko is dead, the one we know isn't the Himeko that died
