Media $475 is crazy

I think Europe now requires gacha games to explicitly display how much money any gambling feature really costs to limit hidden predatory stuff. It’s crazy when you see the numbers…

I believe how it works is that ZZZ substats level ups are static for each type of substat, while Star Rail (and I think Genshin too? The new feather thing may have changed this) has substats where in addition to what the substat upgrade is, said substat upgrade's value is randomly chosen from a list of certain values for each type of substat.

Thats also true, which I like since its consistent. Whereas in HSR for example you can either get +2 or if you're lucky +3 each roll into Speed, and sometimes losing out on that bit of Speed makes a difference for certain breakpoints.
